Terms for using Verri.

1. Who provides Verri

Verri is the service and trading name used by the sole-trader operator identified in the temporary operator notice above. When these terms refer to “Verri”, “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to that operator.

2. Who may use Verri

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The service

Verri provides access to selected third-party AI models in one workspace. Model availability, features and credit rates can change as providers and the service evolve. We will give reasonable notice of material subscription changes where required.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. Verri does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in prompts, uploads and other content you submit. You give Verri the limited permission needed to process that content, provide the service, protect the platform and comply with law. You must have the rights required to submit it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Verri to break the law, violate another person’s rights, create or distribute malware, exploit or harm people, bypass safeguards or usage limits, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorised access. Provider-specific safety rules also apply to the relevant model. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

6. Access, subscriptions and cancellation

Alpha access is planned through promotional codes, without payment details or automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Access is not yet open.

Existing Verri Individual paid subscriptions have monthly periods and model-aware credits. This planned alpha access does not change existing cancellation or refund rights.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Verri available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to use another court or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
